Carrot juice
Carrots contain vitamin A, which treats scars, vitamin C, which nurtures and nourishes the skin and beta carotene, which gives freshness to the skin.
Advice: Put a teaspoon of sea salt in some carrot juice and gently massage the scar. After the massage, wait for the affected area to dry completely and then rinse it with lukewarm water.
Aloe Vera
It is a powerful herb which successfully penetrates into the deepest layers of the tissues, accelerates wound healing, stimulates the formation of new skin cells, soothes and hydrates.
Advice: Moisten the scar with Aloe Vera juice and let it dry. Remember not to rinse the moisten area afterwards.
Coconut oil
This oil has antibacterial property and its fats act as a powerful antioxidant. Coconut oil has properties which act as a preventive against stretch marks, soothe and restore irritate skin and protect it from free radicals.
Advice: Apply little bit of coconut oil onto the affected area(s) several times a day.
Hazelnut oil
It feeds, rejuvenates and hydrates the skin. Hazelnut oil helps in soothing stretch marks, redness and skin’s cracked capillaries. This amazing oil penetrates the skin fast and it tightens the skin and maintains its elasticity.
Advice: Apply this oil onto the affected skin area(s) on a daily basis.
Oil rich in vitamin E
It acts as an antioxidant and prevents formation of free radicals and protects the skin from damaging and aging. It can also help when it comes to treating burns, scars and stretch marks.
Advice: Apply this oil onto the affected area(s) and wait for it to be absorbed in the skin. As a substitute to this oil you can use vitamin E in a form of capsules.
